Developed the Seat Change Notification Engine — an automated system that re-evaluates customer seating during operational disruptions (gate changes, aircraft swaps, cancellations, delays). The engine applied configurable business rules and seat assignment algorithms based on cabin class, loyalty status, companion/family seating, accessibility requirements, aircraft configuration, and regulatory constraints to determine optimal replacement seats in real time.

Built multi-channel notification services delivering real-time communications (email, SMS via Twilio, push notifications) to passengers regarding seat changes, gate updates, delays, and itinerary modifications.
